RETURNS POLICY

UK RETURNS
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or refunds strictly due to the hygiene of our products and sanitary reasons. All transactions are final.
However if you have recieved damaged items, you are able to email us [email protected] within the first 48 hours of your delivery with images/proof of damage therefore we can access your items and decide whether a refund or replacement will be issued. If a replacement is decided the customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. If a refund is decided, your refund can take up to 3-5 days to arrive back into your bank.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

After you have finalised and placed your order it is processed as soon as possible within 1-2 days. All of our parcels are sent as priority recorded mail, giving our customers the fastest delivery time.

UK SHIPPING
Our UK deliveries after being processed should arrive to you within 2-3 days.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our international shipping after being processed should arrive to you within-

EUROPE 3-6 working days
OTHER COUNTRIES 5-10 working days

LOST/STOLEN PARCELS

Haya Body is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
It is in the customers responsibility to make sure the correct address is added.
If in an unlikely event this happens and your parcel is returned to us, you will be expected to cover an additional cost for a redelivery to the corrected address.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE/TAX

The customs clearance procedure may add extra time to your delivery. For all of our international deliveries placed outside the UK Haya Body will not be responsible for any extra fees or taxes in your country. Taxes and duties vary depending on where you are located, we advise you look into your countries postal requirements before placing an order with us. Any parcels returned to Haya Body from customs clearance due to the customer not paying their fees will not be refunded or replaced.

If you wish to make a change to your order please submit a reuqest when contacting us and we will try our best, however we cannot gurantee your order will be cancelled or changed.

Every order is prioritised and tracked, after your order is processed you will receive your tracking number so your able to track the status of your parcel.
